He/Him

With a remarkable two decades of hands-on experience, Connor brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his lessons. He has left an indelible mark on the local music scene through his participation in various homegrown bands.

Connor's teaching philosophy is marked by its adaptability, engagement, and motivation. His passion for Rock and Metal genres further enhances his approach, making him an ideal mentor for enthusiasts of these styles.

In addition to his extensive industry background, Connor boasts a plethora of music qualifications. These include a Bachelor of Arts in Sound from Murdoch, a Certificate IV in Contemporary Music from WAAPA, and two distinctions in the form of a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Music Industry in Performance from TAFE, where he earned the Outstanding Student award on both occasions. Connor's impressive credentials and dedication to his craft make him an invaluable resource for those eager to explore and excel in the world of music.

He/Him

Scott is a seasoned musician and a strong advocate for music education. He values creativity, inclusivity and fun in music. He aims to create a supportive environment for students to explore their music craft throughout their musical journey.

Having started his music journey in a music school, Scott understands the enjoyment of learning and how valuable it is to be part of a welcoming music community. He believes in using a variety of teaching methods to help students become versatile musicians.

With two decades of music experience and a Bachelor's degree in Music Composition and Technology, Scott is most passionate about music writing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Education to refine his teaching skills even further.

He/Him

Zalman is a well-rounded musician who has engaged in everything from live performance, songwriting, film score composition, sound design, studio recording and audiovisual events work. Discovering a passion for learning the keyboard at a young age, followed by electric and then acoustic guitar, he has since dedicated many years to learning music, including four years completing an Advanced Diploma of Music Performance and an Advanced Diploma of Sound Production.

Zalman has also picked up a myriad of other fun instruments along the way, including ocarina, ukulele, cajon, djembe, kashaka, drums and bass guitar. He has always been very fond of instrumental music, especially from video games, Disney and other animated musicals.

He has an eagerly curious spirit, openly welcomes the passions of others and is someone who loves to delve deep into learning so that he can then excitedly share that knowledge. He specialises in music theory, composition, rhythm, working with neurodivergence and understanding motivation.

She/Her

Indigo, our delightful and spirited ukulele mentor, brings her vibrant energy and extensive musical background to every lesson. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Music Performance, she has honed her skills to perfection, and now she's eager to share her expertise with you.

Indigo's teaching style is a harmonious blend of inspiration, non-judgment, and captivating engagement. Her primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space where every student can feel at ease. She specialises in working with individuals who may feel a bit anxious about their musical journey, ensuring that each lesson is a secure, enjoyable, and comforting experience.
