Ryah is a calm and patient musician who creates a warm, welcoming space for students to explore music with confidence. He began playing guitar as a young teenager and quickly found his passion for performing, songwriting and playing in bands. Ryah has experience across classical, rock, metal, acoustic, jazz and contemporary styles.Holding Advanced Diplomas in Music Performance and Sound Production, he has spent years developing his craft and performing in a variety of ensembles and band settings. This gives him a strong understanding of collaboration, groove, stage presence and what it takes to play confidently with others. These are skills he loves passing on to his students.
Ryah believes deeply in individuality and meets students where they are. He tailors his teaching to different learning styles, helping each person discover what music means to them and how they want to express themselves. His lessons are supportive, creative and full of discovery, which makes him a natural fit for both one on one students and our Intro to Music Course.
Students can expect a comfortable and encouraging environment where they can build skills, try new things and experience the joy of making music both independently and as part of a group.

To ensure a personalised and high-quality learning experience, ITMC class sizes are kept small with 3-5 students in each class. We maintain a low student-to-mentor ratio to provide individualised attention and support.
