This guarantee is based on your commitment to your music lessons. If you ask for your money back, you will be required:
To prove that you attended all your lessons;
Followed your mentor’s instructions during and between classes,
Provide evidence of your weekly practice, based your mentor’s set expectations each week.
We will need to know that you were committed to your lessons and kept up with your practice during the weeks.
If you demonstrate that you did attend all of your scheduled lessons, and whole-heartedly committed to your mentor’s guidance during class and to the practice they set out each week, but did not see the results, we will happily refund you.
Otherwise, the guarantee becomes null and void. You won't see the results if the work is not put in. The more energy and practice your put in, the greater the results.
We will happily support and guide you to ensure your increased confidence while with us. Please know that it is not a 'quick fix', and it is imperative that you are diligent in your commitment to your lessons.
